Oktoberfest

Joint visit to the Oktoberfest in München at reserved tables.

Four Days in Bavaria

HopSelection 2025 began with a relaxed Welcome Reception at the proHops location in Freising. On the second day, we headed to the Hallertau: At three different hop farms, guests experienced the fresh harvest directly at its source — from harvesting techniques to assessing the season's varieties.

„You can't assess hops any fresher — straight from the field into your hands.“

The highlight was the joint visit to the Oktoberfest in München, before a traditional Bavarian breakfast rounded off the tour. Four days in which breweries and growers connected and the network grew. We thank all participants — and look forward to the next HopSelection.
